On Tuesday, October 8, 2013, I discussed the Jesus Moringa Farm (Egypt) and the World Peace Forest (Africa) project. Today I will share a poem I created many months ago that will describe in great detail the benefits of this incredible plant. Hopefully after you read it, you will have a much better understanding why the moringa tree is called the “Miracle Tree” by scientists and many others.

Miracles are very rare as we all know
But nature has the power always to show
That anything is possible in our land
Because of the creation of God’s hand.
One such miracle is the moringa oliefera tree.
It is as indestructible as anything can possibly be.
It grows quickly and is extremely resistant to drought,
And of its life sustaining benefits scientists have no doubt.
Ancient Indians have used it for centuries to cure many things
It will prevent over 300 known diseases which also brings
Excitement because it has many nutrients-a total of ninety-two.
And if you eat it regularly, it can provide such a healthy body for you.
Its leaves are loaded with essential minerals and vitamins, like A and C
And can prevent diseases like beri beri and rickets which can definitely be
So debilitating to your body and can cause so much grief and pain
Thus, this miracle tree is such a great scientific discovery and world gain.
The moringa tree can actually sustain life if this is all you have available to eat.
From its seeds, pods, bark, roots, and leaves, its nutritional levels cannot be beat.
The high, healthy levels of protein and essential amino acids can help a child to grow
And this is very important for all loving parents to appreciate and to know.
This miracle tree is environmentally friendly in a second amazing way.
The crushed seeds are being used in water purification treatments today
And this process is providing wholesome drinking water in countries in need.
This is wonderful and vital technology for these disadvantaged places indeed.
Bio-diesel for commercial and industrial applications is being made with its seed oil
Which is also environmental friendly and helpful in preserving our precious soil.
Finally, the leaves, stems, and seed pods can be used as fodder for cattle
Which makes it easier to raise meat to end the world hunger battle.
Scientists believe the possibilities for this tree’s future uses are endless and great
Because it has no known side effects and can grow in any climate or state
It can survive in the world’s tropical climates where it is so rainy and hot
Or in semi-arid locations where problems of water are constantly fought.
Thus, this amazing moringa oliefiera tree truly deserves to be called the miracle tree
Because it can provide so many needed answers to our world problems as you can see.
This tree needs to be grown everywhere and planted wherever it can be done
And just maybe the battle for malnutrition in the world one day can be won.
